In the 20 years Brenda has been a part of the Westdale Dental team, her love of educating patients about the importance of oral hygiene has remained strong. Over the years Brenda has fostered great relationships with staff members and patients alike, creating an atmosphere within the office that resembles a second family. Providing recommendations and finding solutions to home care for patients with a handicap is what Brenda finds extremely rewarding. Her laser certification has allowed her to expand her skill set and utilize the rapidly advancing dental technology that is laser treatment.

Diane became a Dental Hygienist to fulfill her passion for helping others. She completed the Dental Hygiene program at Hawkeye Community College prior to joining the Westdale Dental team in 1998. In her current role, she is able to help patients take care of their teeth and lead healthier lives by educating them on the importance of oral hygiene. In addition to high-quality dentistry skills, she also holds a laser certification. Diane finds joy in being part of the Westdale Dental team because everyone works together to meet the needs of every patient and resolve any concerns they may have.

A love of working with people led Terri to join the Westdale Dental team in 2003, which has given her the opportunity to provide thoughtful patient care each and every day. Terri became a dental hygienist after completing Kirkwood Community College’s program and is laser certified, giving her the necessary skills to provide comfort to patients while easing them into the treatments necessary to achieve their oral health goals. Terri has developed quite the knack for extending kindness to patients and building the kind of trust that allows Westdale Dental to maintain great relationships and healthy smiles!

Deb completed her Bachelors of Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of Iowa and joined the Westdale Dental team in 2017. In addition to high-quality dentistry skills, she also holds a laser certification. Deb is most passionate about providing healthcare to patients of all ages and educating them on the most current dental practices that will improve their oral health. She strives every day to provide a comfortable, caring environment, for each patient that walks through the doors at Westdale Dental. Deb loves the opportunity to explain why obtaining optimum dental health is important, not only for a patient's teeth and gums but their general health as well.

A real testament to the dedication she has to the patients Westdale Dental serves, Lori has been a part of the team since 1986. After attending Kirkwood Community College, completing the Dental Assisting program, and joining the Westdale team, she quickly realized the most enjoyable part of her day is getting to know patients on a personal level. What is most fulfilling to Lori is hearing about patients and their families, and what brings joy to their life. It’s always a special moment when she’s able to share a laugh with a patient while they’re in the dental chair.

Toni is the person you may see throughout the office because she has a diverse skill set. Toni joined the Westdale Dental team in 1992 after completing her formal training as a dental assistant at Kirkwood Community College. When dental assisting, she likes to ensure each patient feels comfortable in the dental chair while she helps to take care of each patient's dental needs. Often Toni can be found at the front desk area where she enjoys talking patients through making appointments, helping with financial arrangements, and reviewing treatment plans. Her caring personality allows her to help patients in many ways.

Watching patients leave happy with confidence in their smiles is something Tha really enjoys. She has been helping Westdale Dental patients since 1996, shortly after graduating from Marshalltown Community College's dental assisting program. When dental assisting, she likes working with patients of all ages and needs. She especially enjoys interacting and getting to know her patients. Tha seeks to make a difference by giving every patient a positive experience. She is proud to be part of a great dental team that provides patients the high standard of dental care every patient deserves.

Building relationships and creating a comfortable environment for patients is what Nicole loves about being part of the Westdale Dental team. One of the most rewarding parts of her job is earning a patient's trust. It is especially rewarding when a person comes in after many years of not coming to a dentist and transitions into a person with confidence in their smile. Nicole got her start in dentistry after completing the Dental Assisting program at Kirkwood Community College and joining the Westdale Dental team in 2002.
